If you mess up on the payment, it won't let you book anything for 10 minutes My head is pounding and I need to get home IMT going to vry
Absolutely diabolical. What's the point in ordering the night before, and putting a note on to say what your train time is, for them to turn up 24 minutes late?! Obviously I missed the train, again. No apology. Tried ringing and some useless guy in a foreign call centre gave me the usual brush off. Uninstalled.
£30 for a 9 minute journey. Absolute joke.
The app forever glitches. Sick of not being able to order a taxi and being blocked from it for no apparent reason
The app used to work really well, but now there is connection issues and errors every time I try to book!! I usually pay by card because I never have cash, but trying to get a taxi when the app won't even let you proceed with the booking is ridiculous!! Please fix this bug ASAP
